1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
2. SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-10 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Noxmill may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility for such offers will be clearly stated on our website.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Noxmill will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Noxmill ships only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
